Terms & Conditions
Strictly payment first policy, full or half.
Clients' account information will be kept strictly confidential. Sharing of any information must be agreed upon by both parties first.
Upon completing transactions, clients must change their account's password and clear their history of logged-in devices. The Crux Piloting Services will not be responsible for any account loss after the transaction.
Time allotment and services rate will depend on the client's current account progress, and shall be agreed upon by both the client and the pilot.
There will be no refund if the service has started already.
Clients are required to send proof of payments for security purposes.
The Crux Piloting Services have the right to refuse requests/services.
Rest assured that the client's account will be safe with The Crux Piloting Services.
We will make sure to give you an update on your requests' progress every day if possible.
The daily resin burn will be the client's choice of domain, leylines, or bosses.
Prices are still negotiable.
The Crux Piloting Services can only accept 3 to 5 clients weekly depending on their requests.
About Us
How it startedPilot Maki, speaking! I started this small business just this year, hoping to help fellow players with their Genshin needs while at the same time earning some penny to aid my school funds since I am now an upcoming college freshman. I was giving out free piloting services at first to, of course, gain my possible clients' trust. I was actually planning to manage this business on my own, but since I do not have all the time in the world, I decided to hire co-pilots to help me with clients and of course to help them, too!
